management problem

umm, so i was suppose to do a group presentation in one of my class, and it ended horribly. it always sucks to be the first group to do presentation in classes, because people tend to decide f they will drop the class in the first month. as for me, i was in a group of 3 and was suppose to present last week, but my other 2 teamates droped out without saying anything and i ended up presenting by myself. it was supposed to be 15 mins long but i ended it in less tahn 7 minutes. though the professor said she will put into consideration that my teamates droped out, but i dont really have much hope it in anymore. well.. that's it.

Wow thats really bad doing a presentation alone for 7 mins. I can't even do 3 mins without getting nervous and thinking about what the audiences is thinking. Hopefully if your professor is nice she will give you a good grade. But if not then just stick to the class atleast until the first exam and if things are still bad then drop it.

Well that scenarios lacks management intervention. Your professor should have paired you up with another team. But if you try to show apply management theories in the classroom, then that probably leaves you with the role of a knowledge worker. You should have tackled the problem early before it ended in a disaster. Sorry for the critism but im sure youll do better next time. :)

That would be one of my worsttttttt nightmares. This semester, I have 2 group projects and I have yet to meet them to really discuss what we are going to discuss. Hopefully, the teacher will give some consideration to the fact that you did it by yourself and that it lasted for about half the time it was supposed to be with a one man show. Hope you do well on your tests for that class too. It's hard having to depend on people when your grade is on the line.
