blog

well, i think the blog assignments is pretty interesting and unique. it doesnt take a lot of work and we can write just about anything. the blog actually made me rethink about what we did in class, which i really dont usaully do in any other classes, which is a good thing. i didnt really see this assignment as outside reading, since it is actually fun to do, sometimes. except when i see a post with like a thousand words in it, which i would mostly just skeem through it. this definitely help the grades, no doubt. well i dont assume anyone will still look at my blog after this class, so i dont intent to keep posting there, since i have facebook to post on...

DISC

well personally i got a D-C with D going way above the others. I have I as my lowest one and it is almost all the way to the bottom of the graph. i guess it is true since i really am not the I type. however, i do wish that i am a D-I type instead of D-C. D-C is like stuck in the middle of no where. i guess if we actually try, we iwll be able to change to another type. this is definitely helpful to help me evaluate myself better, and i think it would apply to others as well.

vision

my primary goal after graduating college is to be rich. it is really simple yet not an easy goal to achieve. other visions include being a CEO of some sort, winning lottery, not having to work and yet be rich, starting a business of some sorti have a few ways in mind that i picture myself doing to achieve this goal. 1. start saving. 2. work hard to hopefully get promoted soon 3. investing in stock 4. gamble 5. invest in real esatate.

within the 5 visions i really think saving is the most important and realistic thing to do, and so i am most willing to devoted to it.

decision making

so after the first 10 minutes of observing how the discussion went, i quickly sat back and became "avoidance". it was a disasater, the face that it needed 100% consense made it very difficult to decide something. so i figure i would just sit back and let everyone else do the fighting and just participate in the last 10 - 20 minutes if the result doesnt satisfy me. however it ended up ok except for the essay part. but just as i wanted to say something, the couple infront of me was yelling out "no we are not changing the essay, no way!" so i just gave up and sat back since it needed 100% consense. i remember that close to the end when we voted one of the guy was disagreeing and we couldnt get 100%. then one of the girl said "he doesnt matter, we dont need him", i was so stunned by how stupid that sounded. i was thinking" oh my god, of coz we need him, we do need 100% afterall, now he is never gonna change after you piss him off". if i can choose to do this decision making again i would still be avoidance because i wouldnt wanna get into that mess, the trouble wasnt worth it.

Step 1. Define your goals and objectives - completed
we all knew what the goal was and what we have to accomplish

Step 2. Determine your resources and current status vis-á-vis objectives - completed
we figured out what resources we have and was someone clear of our member's ability

Step 3. Develop several alternative strategies - incomplete
we tried to make several designs. but it all evolved around the same concept blueprint. maybe we were limited by the first idea...i guess.

Step 4. Make a tactical plan - incomplete
we had our design, and it looked well and al on the paper. however, we lack the ability to put it together in real life, we over esteemate our ability to craft, turned out that none of our memebers has the ability to craft well.

Step 5. Implement the plan and evaluate results - incomplete
the final product looked horrible because we couldnt craft it like the design on the paper. though it still had some of the concept left. i am not sure what we could do with such horrible crafting skill but we finished the prodct anyway. we never know if the egg would break in the basket becoz it hit the edge and splashed... we had the supposingly most calm person to do it though... i guess we forgot that we should find a person who can aim from top instead.
